Return Policy

Items can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase, as long as they are in the original packaging with tags, and provided that the items are in new, resalable condition (not washed or worn).

Within 30 days of purchase, items may be returned for in-store credit or refunded in the original form of payment.

After 30 days, all sales are final.

Suit jackets cannot be returned or exchanged after they have been altered in any way. There will be a $10 re-stocking fee per pant for returned hemmed pants. purchases will be credited to the account used for the purchase. The credit to your charge card will take an average of seven days to appear on your account. Credit times can vary based on banks processing times. For all other information about the credit, please contact your bank.

In-Store Returns

Returns within 30 days of purchase and with a valid sales receipt will be exchanged or refunded in the original form of payment (credit card, cash, etc.). All Existing Return Policy rules apply. Our store can be found at the following physical:


Online Returns

Most merchandise can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (credit card, cash, etc.).  Original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund and return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of an error by

For your convenience, items purchased on can be returned to physical retail store. Credit will be issued at time of return and no return shipping charges will be incurred. Please bring with you a copy of your receipt along with the credit card used to make the purchase.

By Mail

For most orders delivered by USPS, you can use the enclosed small parcel return label to mail your return. For most orders, credit will be issued at the time the merchandise is successfully picked up by the return carrier. For remaining orders, credit will be issued at the time the merchandise is received at our store.

Preparing Your Return by Mail

When returning merchadise by mail, please do the following:

  1. Fill out the return form that accompanied your purchase.
  2. Pack the merchandise and packing slip in a sturdy box.
  3. Include all tags from purchased clothing. Clothing can't be worn or used for anything but trying on. If clothing is found to show signs of being worn, such as dirty collar or body odor, the refund will be refused and shipped back to you once freight has been paid on this or these items.
  4. Bring the package to any USPS location near you and return it to Latter Day Suits. All shipments must be sent prepaid.
  5. Keep a copy of the tracking number on this label for future reference.

Return Policy Exceptions

Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell and offering great customer service is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines detailed above and we will be happy to help you to return your purchase.

We are not able to accept returns by mail for gifts purchased in our store. Please return store purchases to the store itself and a credit or exchange will be issued.
